I was searching around for cctv for my small warehouse around 2000 sqft. They quoted me 8 cameras $2200 by this company https://www.surveillancezone.com.sg/ pricing is listed on their web and  i see from google they have high ratings good review is their pricing ok?

Depends on what you have in the warehouse.

If you keep all the vouchers that was handed out in MCF, you may be better off with companies like G4S.

you pay a monthly subscription and every six months they come check the installation are working fine. Furthermore, they will contact you if there are suspicious activity and will activate Police if serious.

It depends on what you really want motion sensor or include visual information.

most CCTV IP systems are easy DIY installation. All you really need is subscription to an internet access, a router and your placement of cameras

the set up is now made very simple it is installing your network in your desktop computer

then if you are lazy and got plenty of money to throw then engaged a company to do it for you

looking at TP Link Tapo C100 and Xiaomi C200 for home use, both around $30.

any experience or feedback ?

TIA

I have been using the Xiaomi C200 for over a year, it works reliably, the image is real time and very clear.  The panning of the camera works well, but no zoom function.  Also, the mic can capture the surrounding sound and sounds alright.  You can also speak through your phone's mic which can sound quite loud on the C200's speaker.  The thing is you need to have a stable wifi connection for the C200, and for your phone also when you are monitoring over the internet.  Overall I will recommend it.

I have a few Tapo. Very good and cheap! Works well so far all still working after a few years. (unlike D-link ones)

IMHO.
Using Tapo C110 - higher resolution.  Record footage to microsd.
Playback of recorded footage is 👍👍
Android app is responsive and no hiccups so far. 👍
No issues with simple integration with Google Home for voice control.
Also using  Tapo stuffs like smartplugs and sensors.

I’m using Tapo C200.

I have 5 at home and all working fine.

I find TP-link stuff easy to use.

Yeah,  easy to use.  I moved over from D-Link.

My D-link (total 3 cams) seems problematic, cam on/off keep disconnecting (not sure if due to poor wi-fi connectivity at home or what) and when trying to see the live view always takes a long time to load.

It’s D-link problem. Try one TP-link Tapo and you can see the difference.

The latest gen seems to be ok.  However,  I already switched to  to TPLink and then Tapo. 🤣
I still have a Dlink guarding the main door but I prefer the Tapo's app.

I am also using the DCS-6500LH.    Possible could be your network.
This is quite subjective because also depends on the server. 🤔
