Looks like recently mostly buses that are retiring or had retired comes from double decker. Only after decade then they realise this bus take up too much road space and stopped bus operator bringing this bus in. Even so LTA now still never realise that double decker buses are more practical in running on our road here due to over populated population here. I aware of this restriction but other bus routes which have no height restriction can use more double decker buses. Anyway, think they are already exploring ways to use double decker buses for bus going to airport since it is quite silly that double decker buses cannot go to airport as the demand is high.
