Caltex not 28.18% lah. 

$50 -$5 off, then 16% discount. So should be around 1.557/litre. Excluding the bank additional rebate of up to 5%.

I also received.  It said up to 28.18%.  

$5 off $50 is 10% plus another 16%.  Plus card rebate.
