Blows hot air regardless of the temperature and settings when starting out new trips.. takes 5-20minutes before the actual air con temp is adhered too. Read from uk forum this is a common issue and fixed with the roof control unit replacement. Not sure if my PI workshop will have such parts? Don’t think workshop will keep spare parts. They will just order as when needed. Yes, we are also facing the air-con problem; it happens most of the time, but not every single time. Even at 16.0 or 16.5 degrees, it's still warm air being blown out. We noticed the way to overcome this is by tuning the air con all the way down to "LOW". But we can't really accept this to be a proper function of the car. Theta 1st Gear March 26, 2019 Share March 26, 2019 (edited) I encountered this problem once so far. Inside shows 24c and outside 26c. Then out of nowhere hot air starts coming out. I on off the aircon once or twice then it became normal. It’s in the midst of driving though and not during startup.
