As driver, lorry driver has higher duty of care.

If the driver ignored the AMDK, any action taken by AMDK will be considered road rage.

Just need to make sure they are not shinning directly into the eyes of runners or cyclists from opposite direction. 

Very bright and can cause night blindness. 

Must tilt the lights down 🤣

If old cars screws springs all loosen will naturally tilt down.
