This Eureka pop corn very popular now. Long queue at JB City Square mall when i was there. Wifey fren gave her a packet. Not bad but not worth to queue.

I read this article about Treatsure, a mobile reservation platform created to minimize food wastage by reallocating surplus food from businesses to consumers. For $10.70, one could place a buffet reservation at a restaurant, and upon arriving receive a disposable container to take away as much food as he or she could fill in the container. One will need to plan properly to ensure that the variety of food he or she packs will mix well together. Otherwise the mere sight of the “rojak” may just spoil one’s appetite.

 

 

 

Should be rice bean and not red bean. Cantonese call it 赤小豆

 

Oops, I'm humbled and stand corrected :) I just checked with my mom and it is indeed what you wrote. It certainly does not taste like red bean which I conveniently quoted for lack of knowledge of its actual name :)

Early 冬至 celebration for myself as I'm going to be feasting with my friends tomorrow. So can't spare any space for 汤圆 then。

I ordered foochow fishballs one day at where I worked. When I bite down, the soup sprayed onto my glasses and out 1m away and hit some aunty who's diagonally opposite me (6 seater table) lol
