Spring Moderator February 23, 2019 Share February 23, 2019 Wah Kee char siew wanton noodles from Amoy street FC. This stall used to be famous at Maxwell Market in the old days but the old couple have retired n their son now runs his own stall at Amoy. Standard seems to have dropped but still ok in general but not at the old folks benchmark.

Cypress 4th Gear February 24, 2019 Share February 24, 2019 level up already... Anyway the instructions never advise to wash off. But i read somewhere online to do that. So tried it and worked well cos i can smell the boiling water i used to cook it is sour. I even more kiasu, each individual packet boiled separately. worked out well. anyway, @cypress, my ntuc don't have sakura. Bought another brand to try. my kids actually don't complain. It's me who noticed it. I usually cook it for them while i prefer the korean instant noodles. @ Lala81, this is the fresh Sakura Udon.
