Car colors, what does it say about the owner...

i have owned dark blue, black, white, grey, light blue, red, silver but I prefer white. why no white har

I dun find common colours is an issue.

 

But i think those whose cars are of striking or special colours... good luck. Dun ever think of hit-and-run... sure "no horse run"

My car is dark grey.. because I don't have a choice.

 

1) I don't want to wait

2) I sometimes don't feel like washing car (won't look so dirty)

3) I frequently need to go to dusty places like Sungei Kadut

there's a spectrum of grey these days.

 

those light grey.....understated, easy going person

Dark grey......ppl who don't like black and want a bit of color but not flashy

graphite grey or ceramic grey.....very IN color now, seen it on several sports cars

 

btw i drive a red car.

my prev car was gunmetal grey...

Red is a dangerous colour. Other drivers tend to be more aggressive to you if your car is red.

Cars colour is base on a person 5th element. If you are belongs to wood and you try drive a red car than you will get what I mean.

I also went with silver colour for my Honda.

 

Actually I would have wanted red colour, but back then the red option was Liver red  (Ti kua ang) and I didn't really like it that much...

 

Hence the silver.. easier to maintain, as least not so obvious when my car door has dings and dents.

I also don't wash the car frequently..

My previous car was Red.  Very easy to locate in carparks :)

 

Now Dark Grey with black roof, looks executive type but a bit difficult to locate in carparks. I go for wash once a month no matter how dirty or clean it is.

No matter what colour of the car, think must see if your car park outdoor more or shelter more. If parked under shelter more, what colour also ok.

A british green on a jaguar looks nice. On a camry/altis it just look sheit.

 

A flaming orange in lambo looks nice and in keeping with the loud flamboyant design language. On a hyundai accent it just look beng wannabe.

agree, i seen toyota CHR in yellow or turquoise, looks not bad, suit the funky looks.

Not sure what is your experience owning a blue colour car, especially light sky blue... because when I had a light blue car in the past, it kenna bird shit the most ! 

 

Maybe because the birds are well trained to shit into a 'water body'.

If go time to detail it,  it will be whitish from afar.
