Many small scale farmers burning.

Mindset is simple: dun burn still kanna so better burn

I feel that their enforcement is much lacking. The govt is too far away. Their plan to move the capital to Kalimantan is about time. Time for them to inhale the haze to have first hand experience.

Burning is the fastest and cheapest way to clear land.

Burning also accelerate decomposition of organic matter.

the air quality in Jakarta is bad probably 365 days a year except on rainy days, which then flooding is the problem

Temporary wind of change? This week is F1, if haze gets worse, people going to F1 would have problem since it is an outdoor event.

Good for them. In the month of September they get two types of haze, from heavy traffic and forest fire. Haze gao.😂

The on and off hazy condition will continue till week direction start changing to north wind next month.

Now can only hope won't get too bad as weather forecast to be continue to be dry for coming weeks.

LOL the burning haze doesn't affect JKT at all

but my main point was, they can't even fix the problems in Jakarta. Where got time to think abt outlying areas?
