Victor68 Turbocharged January 18, 2019 Share January 18, 2019 I know this is an old thread but I thought i share my obsergations here. It is my personal view and those directly involved may disagree. In term or safety and speed, we have improved. Quality wise, it is the material and technology not workmanship. Although many have been trained in BCA, quality and their ability to appreciate the work is low. You see the shape not the product if you know what i mean. The key is BCA and the so call design and build concept. We are very focus on number games and nice presentation. If they are that great, why so many purchasers are complaining? The other big issue is design. We tends to try to out do each other by introducing design that simply cannot work or maintain. Once sold, it is the buyers problem to solve. Victor68 Turbocharged January 19, 2019 Share January 19, 2019 modular design shall improve quality right? Yes it is faster and quality for each panel better controlled. However, site installation that lead to problem like leaks, cracks, etc are common. Limitation in flexibility of design and last minutes desig changes which involve modification to panel problems plenty. While main production moves with time, the people executing it must also match. Just visit one conslstruction site and under who are these people and they background, you would under why. Typically, we are just followig the advanced countries in theory. Like many company getting ISO certified just to show the cert. That is my personal opinion.
