What Foc items do you all recevie from SE?

I dunno u still can nego with ur SE for freebies or not...but u can try like sunshade, boot tray, car mat or forgo the rest n ask ur se to upgrade to a better window tint film...it depends on ur needs. I got sunshade, boot tray and car mat.

Different ADs have different pricing, different Ts and Cs.

Need to sacrifice certain things to get this $80,600. E.g. servicing, choice of colours etc.

Just signed for Avant S on 2 days ago and was just informed of my COE being secured.

Was comparing between Cerato & Avant S.

But the Hyundai SE gave me a good offer so decided to go for it.

$78,999 including

1yr free rd tax

sun shade

car mat

HP front & back camera

3yr free servicing

5yr warrenty

3M crystalline grade solar film (10yr warrenty)

sound clad (undercarriage)

Tuff koat (undercarriage)

in house AXA insurance

in house Maybank loan at 2.18%

trade in current car to SE ($500 lesser quoted by Motorist.sg though)

Looking forward to my new ride!

everything is default in the package and the only extras you got were the sunshades and carmats. 

you could have gotten a lower price if you forgo the 3 year free servicing and camera. 

nonetheless, good choice over cerato!

Shocked to learn that the so called "leather seats" in the 2019 Avante is actually PVC (otherwise known as synthetic leather or faux leather).

What is so shocking? Basic and S seats are all locally fitted. Only elite is stock from factory. 

Even honda jazz, altis, Vios are mostly locally fitted too, nothing shocking about it.

Jazz, Altis, Vios and other makes that I know of, which come with locally fitted leather, are all genuine half leather, meaning that the parts of the seats which come into contact with your body are genuine leather. Only the back and sides of the seats are PVC.

Komoco Motors also publicises the seats as leather seats. They didn't indicate that it's 'synthetic leather' or 'faux leather' (glorified terms for PVC).

Buyers probably dont care since the car is cheap and bang for buck. 

Give artificial or fake leather or whatever, I also will buy and diy wrap outside for less than 1k. 

If they can give me the car in fabric seats, I also will buy provided the discount is substantial. In fact the avante comes without seats if I'm not wrong except for the driver seats and they get fitted locally to reduce the omv.

Here's the estimated value of value of 3 year free servicing: SGD 1400 (with GST)

1) 1k: SGD 100

2) 10k: SGD 125

3) 20-50k: SGD 1100 (refer to Komoco website for 2 years service package)

 

The bundled DVR is by HP, it covers front and rear. It serves its purpose well. 

But it's a rather old model that doesn't have WiFi connectivity or any other advance feature, and no recording after engine off. So don't expect it to worth SGD 500

You pay for what you get.  Budget car after all.

comfort ride is more about the seat design (slope of back, height, leg room, contour of seat) and then the material / feature (fabric versus leather, ventilated or not). 

To me ( as a male), the material doesn't matter much as my skin hardly touch. 

 

Dont be turned off/ on by the material, go test it with your body.
