Not wrong in being subjective, thus asking around here to gather some data.

 

I did look into hybrid, but the premium to be paid don't really look appealing. Besides I'm only doing about 2000km per month from home to work to home, the ROI can be quite far....

 

Will suggest the i30 if boot space isn't too important to you... or take the i30 wagon. I think the premium for the better engine is worth it... much easier to drive... but Avante is excellent value for money... nothing can touch it at this moment where value is concerned...

Is there going to be a 2020 avante with newer engine or something like that? Searched 2020 hyundai elantra and there seems to be new stuff? Sorry not familiar with car stuff

Supposedly there should be a new model in 2021.

Not sure if locally, KMC will bring it in with a newer engine/CVT gearbox.

If you are not in the rush, wait till Motorshow to see if they have better package.

 

Usually they will bundle in free servicing and some petrol vouchers during the event.

Most probably just gonna be a mini sonata in terms of exterior design.

Yes. Judging from spyshots photos, I don't think the successor will be a looker compare to current AD and MD. Everything just look more upright, less sleek. The silhouette just looks less sleek.

Anyone went to the KMC showroom yesterday to book the car with the CNY special?

I just got the Avante S trim @ 82k...not too sure if its a good price tho.

The lowest price the Avante S was sold in 2019 = $75,000.

All new model Avante will be launched this year. Wait for clearance sale of existing model.
