The passport stamping will be at the same place?Maybe abt 1 meter in front of the passport stamping counter, you will see the machine to tap your tng card. If u don’t tap, the barrier will not open. It’s different from sg where officer will open the barrier once u clear your passport. Whether or not you use your cash card to pay toll, barrier will be lifted by officer. I have the VEP tag Those with it able to confirm if they are able to pay the 2 charges into Johor via Woodlands with the app? ianest 1st Gear July 23, 2019 Share July 23, 2019 Just to share my learning points while creating the T&G account. When creating account, it suppose to send you OTP to your registered hp number. Click the OTP about 3 times as I did not receive it after each 60s countdown ended. Gave up and closed app. The OTP came about 10mins later. (maybe due to overseas sms, takes longer to reach us) Open the app again to use OTP and it worked. (thought the OTP suppose to expire for security reason...) I topped up card with my credit card. No hiccups here. After that, it asked for referral code. Supposedly both the referral and referred get 5X toll rebates. Was searching thread for referral code but couldn't find any. Win-win for both.
