After watching this 2nd such video, i always let my dog enter first. I think the problem comes when u have such extendable leashes. So sometimes the owner is unaware the dog is actually further than it should be.

I will carry the dog if it is a small size dog before enter the lift. If big size dog, must let the dog enter together with me. Cause if you let the dog enter first, what if the lift door closes fast and you are still outside?!

I have seen before dog owner when crossing the dog always like to lease the dog, should carry the dog instead. Cause seen before when crossing the road, the dog simply just run out of the road again due to the extendable leashes, so dangerous siah!

Nobody press the lift yet. So the lift won't move off.

U just need to know how to control the leash and use the length of the leash. And be mindful lor. Mid to bigger sized dogs use proper leashes. Extendable leashes usually for those small dogs. I think handphone distraction is probably the biggest problem rather than anything.

Maybe someone up the floor presses for the lift? Lol. Esp those commercial building, lift door sometimes closes very fast de, even people still walking out from the lift, and the lift button might not able to hold or open the lift door de.

no one in the lift but what if someone upstairs/downstairs presses for the lift during that 1-2 secs? The doors will close and the lift will move.

some dogs I came across while on a road trip to North Thai earlier this year

it's quite common to see toy dogs with clothes, probably due to the temperature.

my self-appointed bodyguards.. They followed me from a village as I was wandering around on foot, all the way back to my resort abt 1km away. Freaked me out although they were friendly. Abit too friendly for me.
