Hi,so far the ride is good no regrets but the mbux seem abit stupid😂😂😂...

Haha, I can’t make MBUX work smoothly too. It’s good when it works like changing radio stations and air con temperature. But sometimes it just keep asking “what can I do for you?”

One thing I’ve yet to try is park assist. Should be fun just to have at least one go at it.

A and B class drivers take note

I accidentally turned the switch of my head light - see picture.

For that you wont be able to start your engine.  I have to park it to Auto in order to start my engine.

Take note

Follow the sticker unless your tyre no longer stock.

Do share your thoughts on your change from E250 (is it a W212 or W213?) to B200.

Recently visited C&C, cos keen on B200, n discovered there is now a "new" B180 - same body as B200, cept B180 is lesser power...about 130hp, 200nm...same engine as the A class 180 saloon.

B200 waiting time for delivery was up till Feb 2021. Quite a long wait...

There wasn't a B180 for test drive. So tested both B200 n d A class 180 saloon wc has the same B180 power plant n found little diff in responsiveness in both engines (understd fr SE that these are same engines but tuned differently). Tested both in comfort mode setting.

Can bros here shared:

a. Any opinion on choosing B180 or B200 (besides power output mentioned, price diff is about 15 to 20k)

b. Any bros here just placed order for the "new B180" or B200, n what was ur waiting time?

c. Finally, bros w B class, hw do u find ride n reliability so far? (Those who hv shared alrdy...thks so much..v helpful.)

Thks

Chief among all question , what is your budget .  If money is no issue then buy what makes you happy.  Why buy a car 100+k then after that everyday tell yourself

aiyo I shd have bought that one, should have , should have , so many regrets after spending good money .  Silly right

If u have budget , then go on what is non-negotiable ;

1. Horsepower
2. space

3. your lifestyle

4. Made in ( diff class made in diff country .  B class made in Germany)

5. U mentioned 15 - 20k diff , u can bargain ... especially if u know the SE

I was driving the 2nd Gen B200 .  Drove it one year , upgraded to E250 for 5 years trade in recently collected my B200

After a while I realised E was overkill for my lifestyle (dr my mum here and there , that is).

In my opinion , performance , handling , etc etc big word in the car industry ........ WE are Singapore , We are Singapore (singing while I typed this line) what performance har ?? what handling har ? Lai Lai Qu Qu , HDB , CBD , Highway that is .

Just collected my car for 1 month. “Upgraded?” From W246 B180. Never thought will change from B to B but this time the improvements is so vast and noticeable that I am really tempted. Never thought a B class will look good, but this style definitely don’t look like an uncle type of car.
