And breathe in all the exhaust fumes and dust on the road? For what bro?

It depends on where you open it.

I do a lot of non-commuting drive.

Pana sunroof only for ppl who loves outdoor/nature.

I only close the cover when sun directly shines on my wife.

Do also take care of the seal around it. Don’t let it harden and crack.

also take note of the drain holes.

I usually drop by PPSL part centre in Kampung Arang to get it.

It is the closest to my home.

I think about $15 bucks.

I use it on 9 year old pickup truck.  The seal improves after application with lower wind noise at 140km/h.

For the sunroof, its useful when you return to the car on a hot afternoon. Open the roof, on A/C and drive off. Car will cool down in few minutes and you can close it thereafter.  Hot air rises.. quite effective .. ha ha

Hi, I am new to this Forum and I am new Mazda 3 owner. Nice to meet you all.

Sorry may I know anyone of you feel that the i-stop function has something wrong? I have the problem like when I stop the car at traffic, it actives the i-stop function. However it only last for maybe 15 sec or less. After that it automatically start the engine again. It makes the car "choke" here and there and I don like the feel.

Sorry I donno much about car hope don shot me. Or this is normal 1? Thanks.

Reminds me how many of you open and close your car windows often, esp for the rear windows? Lol.

Never! Hate the idea of dust entering the ride.

It’s normal. Just that the I-stop is not properly ‘charged up’ to stop the engine for the full duration.

I know some people modded to perm off the I-stop on the Mz3 BM. Not sure of the BP though.

its normal that it will auto on after engine re-starts.

You can’t off it permanently unfortunately.. but no harm leaving it turned on anyway..

During hot day this will occur frequently as i-stop will deactivate to let the air con cool the cabin, night time usually will be able to last longer up to 2 mins as advertised.. so end up i usually deactivate it during hot day cause I know it’ll just stop and start within few seconds which is stupid and I think waste more fuel lol
