Yes this is the year. Mid year onwards

What is the reason? Quota has peaked in nov-jan. Feb-apr quota roughly 1710 per round, may-jul quota probably 16xx, aug-oct quota should have significant drop, maybe 14xx or less.

From quota alone, feb-apr and maybe may-jul is last chance

Anyway predict jan 1st bidding 26k.

Recently start seeing more cars with PHV stickers on the road. Some with SMx plate.

Rental biz picking up? Will they start bidding for COE again?

I have opposite view from you. First half year should be good time. Edited by Roh96

I think LCR is desperate to offload them to these used car dealers at discounted prices.

The longer they hold, the more losses they make.

Hi laojiaos. Newbie here...

I notice many PI listed 2 prices for a same model.

A immediate COE bid price can be about $3-4k more expensive than a say 6 bids COE.

Am I correct to infer that general sentiment, at least that of the PIs, is that COE will continue to plunge?

I guessed a minor crash to low 20K last round but the number of bid seems high. Looks like demand is still there at $25K range.

My guess is not much change..

Cat. A: $26K

Cat. B: $31K
