Let's assume that self service kiosk can clear each individual in 30 secs. 85 kiosk is required. Current ICA system is window-based. Don't know can handle that volume or not. Shibadog Turbocharged October 31, 2019 Share October 31, 2019 Just now, Davidtch said: That will not be included as the KPI😂 At Tuas CIQ, custom clearance is NOW before immigration. hope they don't screw up the structural design. For example, when entering Msia via woodlands, the msia counter for immigration and paying toll (TnG, RC) isn't physically long enough to process cars at both functions concurrently. The car behind usually has to wait for the car ahead to pay the relevant tolls and move off BEFORE it can reach the immigration officer's window. Maybe it was designed with Myvi size in mind. Or give the immigration officer a break in-between cars.

Wt_know Supersonic October 31, 2019 Share October 31, 2019 the most screw up is Tuas spore CIQ car lane that is truly build with MyVii size ... sibei fking difficult to get into the lane with big divider in between lane and super duper tight space right to the officer window
