This is a different issue completely. parking coupon is a trust system, the rule of the game is that they trust that you will display coupon but the system also allows one to cheat, as long as one is prepared to get caught, one can cheat all he likes. Edited February 1, 2019 by Ct3833

Actually at 7.10am go by Thomson - bukit timah Road - North bridge road.. These direction actually not much cars.. It is the opposite direction that has more cars.
