Based on day 2, nothing is unusual for Cat A and B.  However, Cat C and D appear to be potentially spiking tomorrow.

Is it a concern if PI 4 bid no TOP up guarantee COE , car deliver in March but till now no bidding for the last exercise?

Assuming they are certain they will get in the 2nd bidding of Feb and March Bidding

I just signed my car last week with 6 bids non guarenteed. The AD seems very confident that the COE will drop and will get the COE today [laugh]

Yes, if they can secure.

Mine is 4 bids gtd deliver in March. If they don’t bid today, that leaves three opportunities? Wait till last minute?

When does the second bidding of Feb start? If the first bidding is delayed one week, the dealers will less time to collect orders for second bidding

By right it seems should drop, cause AD should have fulfil orders to be deliver before cny. And during cny period, many people are busy and ADs also closed, so might not have many orders?!
