Scared of making it too salty like the last time. Ended up taste too dilute. Far from coming close to my mother's standard. Needs a lot more work.

Prepared q a bit so will be eating these for rest of the week.

Sometime I eat this salted duck when I fetch my daughter. I usually get the combo, i.e. smoked and salted duck .

Eng’s char siew wanton noodles. This shop which was opposite the Punggol Nasi Lemak before has now moved to same side as Punggol Nasi Lemak. Quite confusing as their original shop now occupied by another Eng’s noodles which I have yet to try.

 

This one though is as good as always

Was told the better ones are "International" and "Mizzy"

 

Tried both but prefer Mizzy.

Smoke duck can buy easily the frozen pack from SS.

So I always get the salt water duck, which hardly seen locally.
