I thought this is a very common fruit.

I'm not really into the local indigenous fruits like mangosteen, rambutan etc.

This one is my in-laws buy one. So i just try.

Not like it's very nice to eat also lol. The rind and some of the larger seeds are bitter. though the pulp taste fairly sweet.

Home cooked Lunch.

I usually chop off quite a bit of the bases. Or else there's a taste sometimes if they have been kept for several days. Cos the bases trap moisture and some of the inner parts get soaked.

I think I heard before, some even suggested putting silica gel in the oven.

Is it connected to 15 amp or 13 amp socket???

Duku or langsat

I don't eat the rind or the seeds.

Never have.

Never thought you should.

I dunno. the smaller one i guess. More accurately, I meant the fibrous part of the core separating the individual fruit pulps in place.

Can share how to cook these?

Steak is pan fried with salt and pepper.

potatoes are boiled then roasted with olive oil. Pan fry onions and salami. Mixed them with vinegar and mayo.

Bacon wrapped with either enoki mushrooms or mini asparagus are roasted. Season with yakiniku sauce.

yeah I don't cook often, so i seldom use enoki unless I'm buying and using on the same day. Or else tend to spoil if u keep more than 2 days
