Nice idea....

Wats e temp & timing u set?

200°C for 2 -  3 min

Few things to take note of:

1) Preheat the air fryer at 200°C for 2 min before loading in the cracker. Take as little time as possible with the loading as the pan and fryer cool down quite fast.

2) Space out the crackers to allow proper ventilation. As a guide, do not load more than 25 pieces. I tried with 32 pcs, 28 pcs and 24 pcs, the batch with 24 pcs turned out best.

3) Remember to cover the pan with the lid provided, else the crackers after expanding will be blown to the grill and get stuck there.

Will it be even crispy?

Yes, even more crispy than oil fried crackers, no joke. I am surprised with the results too.

In fact for my very first try, I sprayed a thin coat of cooking oil over the crackers before starting the cycle, but the result is less satisfactory, crispy but oily and not so 'pong'.

So for the rest, no oil added and every batch look as good as this. Very 'pong' too.

Lunch - Duck Drumstick Rice

Dinner - Grilled Lamb Rack at The Stella. Yummilicious.

Nice big windy place. Planes provided background music. 🤪😂😋🤤

Long long time never visit this place.

Are there a lot of people and any live performance there?

Full house when i was there from 7.10pm. Had a table next to the sea.

Strong constant breeze throughout and really relaxing with wide open skies, waves gently chasing after each other. Always loved listening to waves, very calming and soothing.

No more live performance for at least a year or so.

Dinner at wakanui. Beef was OK. Maybe bit disappointing for the price tag.

Lamb was the best I had. But need to accept that the middle is rare.
