Kimchi stew instant noodles.

Self made. Less salty and no sugar compared to what u get in Korea. Got the doenjang from redmart. No gochujang as I find it hard to use finish. 

The Korean anchovies have arrived. But the above soup is still made from my leftover anchovies.

Breakfast - Paper Masala Thosai

First time tried the paper masala thosai. Usually it's just the plain one.

Generous potato chunks and a surprise ingredient.

Cashew nuts and not tiny pieces too. Quite a few and these add a nice nutty flavour n texture to overall taste.

Nice! But must remember to ask for freshly fried ones otherwise can be "rubbery". 

Sinful but ho jiak. Eat for fun, not filling unless perhaps 10 boxes in a go 😁🤤
