Wondering if there are other uses for that steamer? Or can only make ccf only. And usu a white cloth is placed below the ccf mix.

I have no idea. Its my first time using this, bought at Lazada arrived yesterday. Yes another method if use the cloth.

Love this dish in Taiwan.  Mala stinky toufu with duck blood soup.
