I've been eating Pizza hut since yesterday. Ordered for 3-4 pax to hopefully last me till tmrw night. And first time I can order Hawaiian Pizza without pineapple since I'm the only one eating it. Home alone till Wednesday. Bless me!

Many stalls opened from 2nd day of cny, can find rice and noodles. Think tomorrow even more food stalls are open. 😂

I'm a millennial. I'm over-reliant on food delivery. Haha.

Wah you 20 years old? Lol

Of course not. I'm somewhat in the middle. [flowerface]

Quote

Millennials, also known as Generation Y (or simply Gen Y), are the demographic cohort following Generation X and preceding Generation Z. Researchers and popular media use the early 1980s as starting birth years and the mid-1990s to early 2000s as ending birth years, with 1981 to 1996 a widely accepted definition. Millennials are sometimes referred to as "echo boomers" due to a major surge in birth rates in the 1980s and 1990s, and because millennials are often the children of the baby boomers.

Eating pizza everyday is very very healthy.

Pizza has the perfect combination of nutrition a person needs.

The bread is carbo, the tomato sauce is vitamins, the cheese is calcium

and the meat is protein. All the important food groups are there.

Just don't forget to eat some ice cream or cake as you don't want

to miss out of your daily requirements of sugar.

Just not too much. Maybe one slice this size each day is enough.

Or maybe one small cup of ice cream.

Or just one small scoop in between meals. Please not more than one scoop.

And don't forget to exercise to complement a healthy diet.

I know not everyone is a fitness FREAK like me but I do a bit of yoga.

The latest trend is beer yoga. Beer is a 100% pure vegan nutrient food.

Its not easy but I got into a routine and I cannot even miss one day now.

No matter how busy or tired I am.

Dinner at my aunt place. The vegetable at the bottom left were grown by another uncle of mine, in their community garden. Real organic food as no chemicals and artificial fertilizer used. [thumbsup]
