Wanted to grill it initially, but oven broke down suddenly, so ended up have it pan fried. Lucky not too dry, else wasted.

Waited half an hour the last time I was there...not bad BCM but not memorable kind. Loved the fresh lean pork...but many places offer that too.

 

Recommending the $5 葱油煎饼 few stalls away...taste great. However, be prepared to see dark face when ask for more Chilli
