Following a record bid last year of just over $1 billion, Hong Kong’s Logan Property and China’s Nanshan Group will now open the showflat of their Stirling Residences mega project in Queenstown for preview this Saturday (30 June).

 

Comprising three 38- to 40-storey blocks, the 99-year leasehold project features 1,259 one- to four-bedroom apartments. Their sizes range from 441 sq ft for a one-bedder to 1,346 sq ft for a four-bedder. There are also six four-bedroom penthouses measuring between 1,959 sq ft and 1,970 sq ft.

 

Indicative prices start from $848,000 for a one-bedder.

How to cool down like that? Haaa.

 

That bags another question. Do I want to stay in a 450sq, 900k 1room condo or a 1100sq, 450k, 5 room. Flat?

Those who bought the 2 developments next to the MRT will be happened that got theirs at a steal.

Park Colonial leads new launch in Woodleigh

In June 2017, a joint venture (JV) between Singapore Press Holdings and Kajima Development — the property development arm of Singapore-based Japanese construction group Kajima Overseas Asia — paid $1.13 billion, or $1,181 psf per plot ratio (ppr), for a mixed residential and commercial development site, which will be developed into the 680-unit Woodleigh Residences and Woodleigh Mall, which is expected to have about 300,000 sq ft of retail space. Woodleigh Residences is expected to be launched in September, with an indicative price of $2,000 psf.

 

Park Colonial’s initial average price is likely to be around $1,700 psf. The project is expected to be launched in phases. The main reason for that is that Woodleigh Residences is expected to be launched at prices north of $2,000 psf.This is likely to pull up prices in the area, thereby benefiting Park Colonial as well.

It's a very good location..

If it was around 1200-1400, I'll bite .. but it may be hard to cover rentals or stay there in those small units..

However someone who has en bloc money or a huge need to buy a 1 mil unit will find it a persuasive argument.. even at it's asking price..

If it was around 1200-1400, I'll bite .. but it may be hard to cover rentals or stay there in those small units..

However someone who has en bloc money or a huge need to buy a 1 mil unit will find it a persuasive argument.. even at it's asking price..

This region seems to be 1800-1900 PSF.

 

1200-1400 PSF the queue will be up to Johor. The land bid is 1051 PSF, cannot be the developer doing charity right?

Now 1200-1400 can only buy outskirt OCR for new launch

 

And as usual, we can only look back at yesterday's prices and think ... what if?

To add to the insult, the size of the 2nd bedroom / study room is not any larger than the toilet, and some even squeeze in a balcony?! [crazy]

I really worried for our next generation, we are really getting to HK style of housing... ... :omg:
