Actually same here. i put them in a watch winder. So the never ending question, should we let the watches stop and completely wind down if we are not wearing or continue to let it run in a watch winder. Nah, dont worry, watches are not cakes, they wont go bad so quickly. however if you left it since March 2002, the oils within may coagulate.
