Still have pains?

during a bad day yes i can still feel the pain...

but as compared to the past there is a residual pain of 30% which my doc says can be eliminated through radio frequency ablation (which is to burn off the pain nerves that are  causing the pain) but there is a chance that the destroyed nerves might regenerate in the future

as the pain is still bearable and I am currently monitoring my condition by limiting my diet as there are foods that cause inflammation in the body and I will try to avoid it (you can google for the list of foods that cause inflammation)

further, I have gone through 2 surgeries by other specialists that didnt work out and the failed surgeries have taken a great toll on my body (beware of specialists who over promise and under deliver)

my suggestion is to go for MRI and c what is wrong with the spine and start by doing research and decide from there on...

You do exercise but suffered neck to spine and lower back pains? Exercise too much or wrong posture while exercising?

It was during my prime age when I would do any chores along the way, literally do all one man task, driver, go warehouse, select product, packed & wrapped and carry 5kg-9kg load and squeezed into plastic plastic wrapped to be shipped to Indonesia, HK and Malaysia delivery by vessels or planes, those days family business , exercises would help loosens pain barriers, next pains result from no warm down to lessen core muscles group, took up dragon boat racing for club level  as hobbies as well as strengthen my upper torso body. later year and looking back must occlude conditioning and toning of muscle group by brief walking only . I take loads of fruits and dark chocolate  and stretching exercises to relax my core muscles, I don't exert myself, most of the time, I listen to my body if I have enough walk for the day.

Been there done that.

I hope you are no longer on Arcoxia.

If you are in pain, you will need regular maintenance to avoid going under the knife again.  Find a good physiotherapist that can help you to manage (not eliminate) the issue. Chiro and TCM can't fix this problem from my experience.

bone spurs themselves are not painful

Their effect on nearby structures, such as nerves and the spinal cord, can cause pain...

u might wanna to do a more recent scan to c if the situation has deteriorated

after the last surgery, arcoxia is history for me

i have tried many TCM, physios, chiros and etc but I dont think it helps in my condition

as what meanmachine has said 'i try not to exert myself and listen more to my body...'

i have to reiterate that eating food that doesnt cause inflammation helps and fruit is one of them
