The front side on the Bayfront avenue is facing South East (actually more towards East). The back side (Marina Bay / Fullerton Road side) is facing North West (more towards west). The Sun is at the back of the building, so that photo is taken in the afternoon.

The last time they decide to build the 2 IR, it was bad times, now they are forcing the 2 IR to invest and expand in return for renewal of licence and another 10 years of exclusivity, does it mean the bad times is coming again?
