Audi tuning by PA

will stage 2 require any hardware changes?

I know mtm stage 1 is just updates on the ecu.

PA will do ECU remapping for MTM stage 2. Other hardware upgrades wastegate, water injection, bigger rotor etc can be done outside.  [:p]   If your ride is not under warranty, can check out APR, ABT also.

You can do other hardware upgrades at any stages, even at stage 0.  [:p]

Yup. But at stage 2, it is a must, not an option haha

My friends did not upgrade any hardware after their stage 2 MTM upgrade.

I have never done stage 2 but based on information online, hardware changes r required for stage 2 to work, or maybe to reach the potential it promises. Stage 1 do not need.

Maybe your friends chose to not reach the potential. It is a choice after all

Hi Midorima, how’s your Q3 after the stage 1 tuning? Worth the tune?

Does anyone has any feedback on their tuning?

My car is currently under warranty with Audi, does it mean that PA will take over the remaining warranty if I decides to tune now?

Sorry to bring up an old thread but is the mtm tuning advertised anywhere? Or you have to enquire at the service centre?

Any idea roughly how much is mtm tuning by PA? Also, does it void warranty? Mine is a base A5 with 150hp. Any idea how much gain do I get?

Underwrite means cover all that factory covers? Or they can repudiate some stuff like unlimited mileage warranty and 5 years warranty?

i used to own an audi a3, my mechatronic fail and my warranty expired by 3 days and i was denied claim. I hv to complaint to get their attenton, because their staffs have to follow the rigid warranty rules.

anyone who has any complaint that are not taken seriously by audi, just write to their management. I got what i deserve after wrting to their manager and director.

[email protected] and [email protected]

sometime matters really need the management to know what the service is like and how bad is the quality. just sharing and hope to help others if they have the same situation with mine.
