6th Gear

too low lah COE, 2nd round pls push it higher.

maybe Cat A buyers, seeing the 10% rise, all rush in before prices goes up further

but then again, this round is a 3 weeks gap and with cars@expo, whereas next round is is a 2 week gap.

Just go into LTA website look at the estimated profit margin of each car, u will know if the price you signed at is realistic.

If at sub 30k Coe, the profit margin is only 5k to 10k for those bnb cars like attrage/note and with Coe increasing so much, you can do the calculation yourself.

Hi got the link ? Thanks

Don't think so. Issue is, cat A quota took a hit.

1,653 (17apr bidding) vs 1,431. That's a 15% cut in quota.

Cat b took a hit too, but about 5%.

Did you read the news? Trade War...this war will not disappear for the next few years.

Better your worry your jobs than COE.

Unless you have half a million in your accounts.

A bread & butter car now can be used an an interim PHV during a job loss.

Yes. But, there are other jobs. For example, bus drivers, lorry drivers, nurses and etc. Not long term. No CPF, no medical issurance and etc. And a lot of smokers.

Next generation of GPSS ERP is coming.

COE is a demand higher than supply trade, there will always be people with half a million in their pocket to buy car. Morover government have absolute control of the surrounding mechanism like loan etc, they won allow COE price to drop too low to impact their more than 10% revenue, so hoping that COE will drop is unlikely.

Some people just buy car with a regular income and enough for dp. Not necessarily have half mil in pocket, unless considering house

Remember the 10 years economic cycle. Anyway, good luck to you.
