Depends whether the lane is going straight only or straight and right turn.

 

If its straight only then yes its illegal.

 

If its straight and right turn then make sure its safe to filter out. Signal intention. Must stop at pedestrian crossing to be safe ya. Becos an idiotic pmd may be dashing thru or a pedestrian thinks he can outsprint your ride. These may be in your blind spot or blocked by the other car waiting for them to pass.

Depends how many right turn lanes.

 

3 right turn lanes, then obviously lane 1 to lane 1 and so on.

 

2 right turn lanes, then lane 1 to lane 1 but lane 2 can go to lane 2 or 3.

 

1 right turn lane, then lane 1 to lane 1 or 2 or even 3 and keep to the lane after turning.

Actually this is not the first time this group spotted inside KPE. 

 

The whole KPE is full of cctv, the authority already knew.

 

It is just that the authority unable to ID them because there are no license plate on the e-scooter.

 

Some of those previously caught riding on expressway gives excuses like they are not aware of the rules/highway code as the law don't required them to take any official highway-code-test for riding e-scooter etc etc.

Wow, Car lite society in progress. Can see from the video that there were not many cars traveling becoz they were replaced by the PMD riders in the tunnel. LTA Lam P MIn having wet dreams seeing this, can report to the cow as kpi achieved.
