This is what they call penny wise and pound foolish, trying to save 2 minutes, end up wasting more almost 2 days (including the downtime, insurance claims, procedures..blah blah blah)...

I think more like poor judgement and impatient, the driver thought that the bus driver would see the car and give way, too bad the bus continue to move and the car also filter out too slow. And the car driver could have wait for the Lancer to move off, dont know why the driver wants to filter out?

actually more like never check side mirror and blind spot changing lane. The bus so big, if got check blind spot or side sure can see the bus.

Problem with drivers like this is they think bus driver have extra pair of eye sticking to each wheel to see if some prick is trying to do dyck move.

The problem is the bus and bus stops.

 

Some stops blocked a left lane, while others have a bay.

 

So sometimes this, sometimes that. LTA very good at making things random, so drivers have to make a guess.

 

You have to overtake a bus, when it stops.

And when you do, it moves.
