Riding like that his time will come when some idiot doesn't see him.

The idiot should be himself, not the one who fails to see him.

The Attrage gave her a bad bump but she will live..

Read that the Merc was drink driving.

The victim can't claim him as insurance doesn't cover drink driving.

Merc driver can't pay damages as he claimed he's filing for bankruptcy.

Damn cham.

That's why I always feel insurance can't properly protect motorists. I've had a few first hand experience already.

It should be: victim claim merc insurance regardless whether its insured is drink driving or not, it is their duty to 3rd party. Thereafter the insurance co can go after the insured for breach of condition.

That's what other countries practise.

In Singapore, MAS don't care about insured rights.

Wah lau, the 1st car went pass her so quickly she still dare to run across like that after it passed.

Stopping on a right lane after accident is also pretty risky in itself.

Ready aim fire.

You must remember who also got their hands in the car insurance business in Singapore.
