Test-drove with the boss.  He said absorbers still new, need some time to settle -in,. He feels nothing is abnormal during the test-drive.

Would it be better to do wheel-alignment 200km  after installation, or immediately after installation?

Only a bit. Should settle within 100-200km

Most do it at the same time. The shocks will settle a tad and thus the ride height will drop 5-10mm.
so after 100-200km will be better if you can afford the time. The alignment will for sure run, but not to the extent that it will be dangerous for the 100-200km. Just drive a little more judiciously.
