That's why I don't support Grab food and Deliveroo. There is a grab central kitchen nearby and everyday I see the ebikes and PMD riders doing all types of stunts, one motorcyclist even rode 200, 300m under the sheltered PCN. 

He is sentenced to 9weeks + 1.5k fine

But she still manage to run. Not effective. Why arent there heavier penalties for runners?

Isn't police and lta officer both also civil servants (law enforcement)?

Than why is running away from lta officer warrent a probation assessment? Hmmm I am confused here.
