National security law?

Really retarded..now going after 林夕。

Err... Can they vote out CCP?  Again not saying they are doing a bad job for last 40 years.

You know CCP place is enshrined in the PRC constitution, right?

30 million is more than the aggregate death toll of all wars combined after WW2, if my maths is correct.

That show your limited understanding of china. Maybe you are to engrossed with the bombardments from the western media. How many died and how they died are very different. The course of the fight is the key. Not sure you understand what I meant.

The rule of law has gone in HK.

Now is the rule of Xi.

:D

I don't trust him he don't like Pooh Bear.

Some ting wong with him.

He takes himself too seriously.

This is a sign of dictatorship.

They just cannot laugh at themselves.

Very worrying.

No more riots with the NSL, the money has dried up and poor Joshua has been asking for donations at every opportunity.

Their COVID-19 cases are more important now. Hope they can manage it.

i remember there is still illegal protest and gathering, despite the cov19 ruling etc etc. before the new law come into effect.

but really like u say, once the new law pass through, i cannot find any more illegal riot or gathering news.

those protester are paid troublemaker or real revolutionist who fight for their believe their ppl their land??. it will be expose very soon.

real revolutionist throughout history dun balk in front of a simple law, they dun fear even death, like they say, want freedom dun want life.

i alway say 1 thing and i believe it till now, if the ruling party or gov is lousy, they dun take care of their own ppl, dun need outside influence, their own ppl take care of them

see lebanon. that is a good example.

What about Article 23 of HK Constitution?

There are a lot of contradiction btw NSL and HK Constitution

Andrew Li voiced out his concern prior to enactment of NSL.

The way it was enacted shows that party interest is above the law.

Laws can be interpreted differently depending on which camp you are in.

The law is as it is, putting the country's interests above all.

If HKers don't like it then don't collude with foreign forces, don't be a traitor, don't sellout your country.

You can argue about this all day, but reality is that the law has been passed and enforced.

This is not matter of interpretation.

Constitution is always the framework of a country or territory.

Any legislation has to be built within that Constitution.

Maybe you need to go back to school to understand that.

Constitution can also be changed and updated, don't you know that?

You live in a very ideal world, I get it. Do you know that's not reality?

Currently, there is contradiction btw Article 23 of HK Constitution and NSL.
