PSP415 Supersonic November 24, 2019 Share November 24, 2019 https://www.straitstimes.com/asia/east-asia/hong-kong-democrats-score-landslide-victory-in-local-elections-amid-political-crisis Let there be peace for HK and HKers with China. Otherwise if the days ahead are constantly contentious, it will just mean more quarrels and protests. If democracy is still the main aim, China will crush it like it has done to "wayward" provinces under its rule. Personally, the will of HKers are more obvious. Congrats to the ppl of HK. Please now let life be returned to normal ppl. No more violence and attacks on common ppl. It is not easy to escape from China's rule. Impossible is a dreaded word. Safe ride Cheers

Glad that the latest local district election had gone smoothly without the need for those cockroaches to re-appear...with many of them now with police records. The election does show 1C2S does function if given the chance with the HKie still enjoying (more) entitlements and rights under the Basic Law vs when they were under the British colonial master.... And guess who drafted and pass that special entitlement under the Basic Law ? https://www.basiclaw.gov.hk/en/basiclawtext/images/basiclaw_full_text_en.pdf

FYI - FDI figure provide only portion of a larger picture of an economy since it does not include SG's outward investments with multilateral trade relations in global scale...which SG gov had been working towards in numneral FTAs, such as RCEP and TTP11....both of which US gov has either withdrawn from or refuse to join in the name of "Amercan First". Not 2C2S. Not 2 countries. Besides, China can always throw in more spanners into the whole issue and restart HKers vs HKers. Not difficult since HKPF is already machiam public enemy number 1. Built over years, destroyed within days, weeks and months. How difficult to restart riots? Question is when again? And again? And again till time's up. China can wait. Been waiting for years, what's another twenty something. Yada-ing Safe ride Cheers Edited November 25, 2019 by PSP415
