Is the Aviation Park MRT going to connect to the passenger terminals? I notice it's cargo complex that's next to that station, and will that make the Cross Island line less viable for rental to employees working at the airport?

Should be future plan as Aviation Park MRT starts as CR2, CR1 might be the passenger terminal

Yes it is supporting private property. Last quarter valuation up by 50K, pleasant surprise!

That's just a glimpse of what's to come next in terms of property prices ...

-HDB already cross 1mil mark

-EC gonna breach 1k psf next

- new 99LH avg 1.5k psf, FH no 2k psf no talk

Those still not in the game ... just gonna get left behind with prices out of reach [;)]

The take-up was "the strongest launch weekend sales for a freehold project this year"

The sold units - which included a penthouse - amounted to a total sales value of over $240 million and covered all apartment types.

About 85 per cent of the buyers were Singaporeans, while the remaining were foreigners mainly from China, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and others.

Amber Park could launch sales on 4 May

Amber Park by City Developments and Hong Realty opened its doors for viewing on the weekend. According to DBS Group Research, which visited the weekend viewings, the developer is confident to launch sales on 4 May with an indicative price starting from $2,160 psf.

Whatever happen to ... "an indicative price starting from $2,160 psf"??? [:p]

"The sale price reflects a land rate of about S$1,515 per sq ft per plot ratio, based on the allowable gross plot ratio of 2.8"

Remember these initial numbers got a lot of default... dunno who are the buyers and whether they will actually go through.

The last FH around the end of the east coast stretch nearer to town..

Not too far from an MRT..

But at 2.4k... that's Orchard Rd money...

This will be interesting..

Looks like quite a number of wealthy people there

Interesting to know if these are first time buyers or investors

If investors, will need close to 3000pfs just to even off for the next Bull run
