Just by basis of size comparison, definitely the X1. X3 is quite abit larger and should be compared to the Q5.

Is this package worth it? And how often is it recommended for this in between oil change? TIA.

how old is your car...?

the in-between is at 7500 km half a year interval. in between the annual 15 000km servicing.

don't overspend on a servicing package unless you are sure you are driving it for long..

i regret paying for 5 year/75 000km servicing. traded in my Q2 at 3yrs/67 000km. 1 more servicing paid but didn't utilise.
