Nothing wrong with CTE Design Just too many People staying there & work in the South,i stayed in the East,every Morning go to work in Town,go via Geylang Rd,no jam.no ERP[before 8.30am],evening time go home via ECP,sometime slow traffic[no ERP before 6pm]...later Evening go down Town,SRC for a Swim...to & fro using ECP also no Jam.. ....

CTE design nothing wrong? But i notice the jam always happen before moulmein exit until PIE entrance there. After which the traffic is ok. Dont know why that stretch always heavy and jam traffic?

Does LTA use the gantry cameras to measure speed? If so, curse those who slow down just before the gantry for bringing the average speed down and raining the toll.
