You mean they kenna chopped carrot for Fred who value now 20 ~ 25 million ... :slow:

Not only Fred so many of their players are worth less today then when United bought them.

I can honestly say so many Liverpool fans wanted Jose to stay longer at Utd when they saw how much damage Jose was doing from the inside.

The only way up for Man utd is to bring in a new manager and then sub Solskjaer back later.

Cause he is super sub.

But then, now his face is not very baby, so may not work.

I read that article.

It's not the value they paid for the players that is calculated.

It's the market value of the team today.

So they paid 40 or 50 million for Fred but today value is maybe 20 or 25 million.

:D

you sure got people will pay 20 m for Fred now? 🤐

U posting Arsenal squad as the youngest? Not really a surprise to me but what I found surprising is that value wise, Man United only 5th most valued?

Considering they have signed some expensive players over the past few seasons, they rank rather low but then again maybe this value is current?

haha yup, value wise.. i guess it will co relate with table standing

Ole has our full support.

I love it that Ole spent 85m on McGuire.

10m more than VVD and not even half as good.

If Arsenal got Gary Cahill free instead of 8 million David Luiz

they would have a fantastic attacking side with their front 3

and a good defence that don't let a lot of goals in.

😀

Thank goodness they got Luiz

Is it me who read lesser football news nowadays or are there fewer world class players (23-28yo) now?

the previous generation of world class players i know are on the wrong side of 30yo, and seems like there are not as many famous and excellent ones coming up on the global stage

Harry Kane is the best No 9 in the world

Gareth Southgate would not swap Harry Kane for any other No 9 in the world.

Kane has now scored more goals for England than Sir Geoff Hurst. He needs another five goals to equal Alan Shearer's total of 30.

Kane has scored 25 times in 40 games. If he carries on scoring at this rate, it is likely that he will become England's all-time leading goalscorer.

To do that, he needs another 29 to beat Wayne Rooney's record of 53 goals.

Everybody knows what Kane can do on the pitch, but he is also a crucial asset off the pitch.

He is a role model for younger players and an ambassador for English football.

What a joke, Kane best no.9 in the world ?????? :secret-laugh:

Without the two penalties, he won't even get the hattrick  ...... :ignoring:

World best divers and claims more likely. :wut:

Depends what u want from your no.9.

Based on the traditional ones, yeah it would be him or lewandoski.

That day he claimed the goal from his fellas players (in order to tried and get the Golden Boot Award) and the match against Arsenal where he dives, I didn't quite him at all....   :lll._.:

It my books, after CR7 and Messi; only 3 players come to mind as being World Class and they are Hazard, Mbappe and Neymar.

Though admittedly these 3 lack the consistency of the former 2 so still work in progress so perhaps they should be classified as "potential WC "?
