I think those flats in whampoa should be the nearest to the expressway here?! If throw stones from their flat window, sure can hit the cars?! Lol.

Will buyers be deterred? I don't think so, I even asked a relative to apply.. the Keppel location is really nice, especially if he intends to stay for a longer time..

This East Coast development is interesting.. 

Those 'sea-view' apartments are now pretty far from the sea..

If you look at the Pasir Panjang stretch, the houses / condos along the road are actually less than 500m from the sea... much closer...
