I have found the "ignore" function. Just click on our own nick at the top right hand corner of the screen and choose from the drop-down.

there are 2 ways you can do this. 

1) go to your nick on the right top corner, click on the triangle icon, then go to " account setting",  on the right side look for "Notification Setting", Click on that and it will bring you to the setting page, there you can set and unset how you want to be notify of posts in topics, but take note it is name as content. You can also click on the  "Manage follow content" to see what are the topics you are following, do your setting there to un- follow any topics you dont want any more emails coming in.

 

2) 2nd option, is to  put up a new post in the topic, and at the bottom of your post, there is an icon " notify me of replies", if you have "ON" it, you get notification on ALL replies, so click "OFF" if you dont want any more replies from everyone coming to you. 

So far, these are what I manage to work out, hope it helps. 

And BTW, if in the process, you encounter "error 503", just refresh the page, and it sld be good. 😄😄😄

I tested both and it seems OK to me.  I Guess it's with the size of the photos uploaded.  

Because of the heavy traffic created by everyone trying out the new format,  and the slow loading speed currently,  big photo files may run into a loading issue from the forum for now I guess.  

Maybe want to consider putting a limit to the size of each photo allow to be uploaded?
