I have had an NA 8.9s car and turbo 8.9s car. but when driving, the turbo one just feels a lot more pull and shiok!! but go up genting the turbo car overheat

This is torque. A lot of people talk about HP, but the pushing factor is always Torque.

I test drove 2 cars. 1.6t and 2.5na. Both have very identical spec numbers: 0 to 100 timing, max power/torque. I bought the 1.6t car as it felt more fun to drive, even with a cvt compare to 6at in the 2.5na.

It seems that the 3rd row seat height is quite decent.

interested in this model too!

However, hope they have a smaller power + cheaper model. I don't need a 2L car. I will prefer a CAT A COE car though.

I would be frank that i have been swayed more by the road tax saving haha. FC should have been better too thus saving more money.

If B200 selling $170k, then we are expecting GLB $180-185k?

I think it's likely to go for GLC pricing at 200k. The differentiating factor will be 7 seater people mover SUV vs 5 seater lifestyle SUV. Also, the GLC is ready for a refresh, so it's the right time to launch GLB first, then a facelifted GLC.

The GLB 200 is only 1,332cc, so you can save $616 in annual road tax, or ~51% saving vs the 1,991cc GLB 250.

Horsepower wise, reducing it to cat A level (i.e. <100KW / 130ps) would take away the driving pleasure and defeat the purpose of getting the 3 point star. In fact I find the performance of 1.3L mild hybrid underwhelming for such a mid size SUV and GLB 250 is the minimum for this GLB class with 7 seats...

Vincar quoted $205k for 1.3L model.
