No prob, here to share 🙂

As mentioned prior, "packed" to maintain within buyer sweet spot. Same sentiment ... feels small for a family size 3 bedder with AC ledge and 2 balconies further reducing liveable space IMHO 😉

Carefully looking again... the mbr floor exclude balcony looks almost same as the 2 common room size!!!!!!

and the layout of aircon ledge means the 2 common rooms may not have full length windows because will have aircon compressor view??... smh.....

and balcony use is just to sun clothes... buyer gonna fork around 1600 psf x .......

rich!!...

I would certainly love to find out from MAS which "many unsold units" they are referring to.

It's known as soft power persuasion. No more land and sand, will be zero supply if sold out...

When it happens they will call it Price correction

Go and check past records: after ABSD increases, after a couple of quarter of slight dips and the bottom is reached, when would there ever be further price correction?

A single digit annual price growth will certainly be tolerated. If want price dip, gotta have over 10% projected price increase plus new cooling measures. Main thing now is to discourage speculation. But speculation is quite low at this juncture, mostly for own stay / Long term tenancy purposes.
