calling agent now ... Scenario 2 .... huat until siao ah! pay $286 only to own 2 properties .... 

some more still got $200K in cpf ... feel sibei lich when look at cpf statement .... [laugh]

when the unit not able to find tenant was not considered as well

taxable rental gotta paid ah gong was not considered as well

simple renovation + furniture + fit up ... smelly smelly $20K (1 year rental income) was not considered

let out unit no need incur cost one ... pure collect rental $$ only ... where got such a big frog hopping around

Yes, 600k/2.2k rental is optimistic in today's market, many other costs to factor in when renting.

Cosy is the word used, iirc. Nothing like home sweet home regardless the opinions of others including their architect friend's comment that it is a nightmare of sorts cos no thought given to measurement of things put in.

Main attraction the FH status and in today's new launch high sell psf context 1.8k psf can consider 'reasonable'

If near to mrt then easy no above 2k psf no talk already

Hearsay rather well received, today first day launch sold 160+ and counting with more big units sold 😉
