I reckon more are investing overseas due to ABSD, 3rd property onwards 25% a pop.

Me small timer local market more than enough to HUAT, not have to worry about their property laws/taxes/currency exchange etc.

Unless networth 100mil can consider buying homes around the world, ... home ground advantage is still the best 😁

Haha, devil in the details must read the fine print - "Home owners in the nine Housing Board blocks in Marsiling that are set to be acquired by the Government will need little to no top-ups for new replacement units if they pick the same flat type - though they will have to settle for a smaller floor area"
